Well, for me just appeared a lot of ??? chars. But, anyway, I guess it could be a browser compabitlity question, or something like that. There are posts where any cyrillic word is correctly shown, and there are times that not.
I have configured jforum, with the assistance of some nice guys here, to work well under any character encoding, and, afaik, it is working well, specially if you set the encoding to your country ( like big5, for example ) than the "generic" utf-8, like I use here in jforum.net

hhhmm.. the message is correctly shown on my browser. Encoding is really messy.
I guess that installting jforum on your server / machine and setting the character encoding ( encoding ) to the Vietnammese one, it will work fine for you too.

Thanks..! I had ever set character encoding to the VN and Message body appeared but "Subject or topic" was not...
Give me advise...

What did you do to make you able to see chinese characters ?

Well, I use UTF-8, but you can try setting it to BIG-5. See WEB-INF/config/SystemGlobals.properties
